Musicafella

So, last week Friday (5 October 2012) we decided to take it easy, real easy and kick off the weekend with a braai for friends. This was hosted at our place, under our self-created ambient space. A garden, couches, outside lamps and beautiful people made up this decadent night.

Sanza, our truly gifted ‘legend’ just set foot fresh from Wales after a 6 month stint with a local cricket club. It was a perfect way to welcome him back and to spend time with our beloved friends.

The session was smooth & easy…we kicked it off by playing lounge & downtempo vibes in the background. Later, when everyone arrived & had made themselves comfortable, we picked up the pace a little and we threw in some ass-bumping, soulful and deep vibes.

Everyone enjoyed themselves amongst the perfect setting of a Highveld Spring night. As the mood grew more and more inspiring to all, we decided to whip out some instruments and elevate the night to a level synonymous with Musicafella.

All-in-all, we had an unforgetful session, one that everyone who was there, including our neighbors who decided to join us, will yearn for for some time to come. What was meant to be a Friday chillout, ended up being a 2 day party.
